1. Support the project management of VIC experiences both domestically and internationally.
2. Create timely KPI-driven recaps and share qualitative information about client background and experiences.
3. Provide budgeting support, vendor set-up, invoicing, and monitor billing to ensure timely payments.
4. Lead logistics for the Fashion Show Client Program.
5. Serve as a client-facing host and provide on-site support for exceptional events.
6. Supervise the execution of Zone-wide gifting initiatives in partnership with the Client Relations Specialist.
7. Ensure Louis Vuitton’s Code & Guidelines are reflected across all VIC touchpoints, maintaining brand consistency.
8. Collaborate with the Client team to create exceptional experiences for top clients.
9. Partner with the Senior Director of Client Experiences to develop new client engagement concepts.

1. 5+ years of relevant experience within a luxury environment in communications, events, or marketing.
2. Proven strong relationship-building skills.
3. Attention to detail and the ability to be resourceful and innovative.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of French, Spanish, and Portuguese languages is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years in a luxury environment focusing on communications, events, or marketing.

Salary range of USD $115K-$125K.
