Louis Vuitton Client Experience Coordinator - Delivery & Packaging

- Coordinate initiatives related to omnichannel packaging of orders, serving as the project lead for the deployment of a new warehouse packaging management tool.
- Manage and configure the packaging tool, oversee deployment phases across regions, and integrate the tool into retail flows.
- Facilitate relationships with stakeholders, including visual merchandising, logistics, retail, sustainability, and packaging suppliers.
- Create and lead a global community around omnichannel packaging, supporting tool users and sharing best practices.
- Coordinate the deployment of specific packaging for commercial operations such as Christmas and Valentine's Day.
- Conduct competitive benchmarks.
- Monitor Delivery & Packaging performance, ensuring service quality through monthly reporting and client satisfaction analysis.
- Support Business Owners in project management and collaboration with tech teams using Agile methodology.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience in project management, with Agile methodology preferred.
- Interest in operational and technical details.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for coordinating multiple stakeholders across countries or departments.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with proficiency in reporting and KPI interpretation.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
- Autonomous with a proactive approach.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Entry-level experience with a focus on project management and coordination.
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
