1. Develop a deep understanding of the clientele and their strategic needs to enhance client portfolio performance.
2. Collaborate closely with internal teams to activate organizational levers such as CRM, Retail, Private Client Relationship, and Digital to foster client development.
3. Define and implement cross-functional action plans in collaboration with internal teams and regional zones, establishing task forces as necessary to drive growth.
4. Leverage client insights to identify development opportunities and recruit new clients, starting with prospects.
5. Contribute to the design of bespoke omnichannel client services and journeys based on client segmentation and data.
6. Define, monitor, and regularly communicate client performance indicators.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent University.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client development within the luxury or retail sector.

2. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
3. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
