Louis Vuitton Client Excellence Manager

- Develop a deep understanding of the clientele and their strategic needs to enhance client portfolio performance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to activate organizational levers such as CRM, Retail, Private Client Relationship, and Digital to foster client development.
- Define and implement cross-functional action plans in collaboration with internal teams and regional zones, establishing task forces as necessary to drive growth.
- Leverage client insights to identify development opportunities and recruit new clients, starting with prospects.
- Contribute to the design of bespoke omnichannel client services and journeys based on client segmentation and data.
- Define, monitor, and regularly communicate client performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent University.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client development within the luxury or retail sector.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 5 years in client development, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent University.
