1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the clientele and strategic challenges to enhance client portfolio performance.
2. Collaborate closely with internal teams to activate organizational levers such as CRM, Retail, and Digital to develop client relationships.
3. Define and implement cross-functional action plans in collaboration with internal teams and regional zones, establishing task forces as necessary to drive growth.
4. Leverage client insights to identify development opportunities and recruit new clients, starting with prospects.
5. Contribute to the design of bespoke omnichannel client services and journeys based on client segmentation and data.
6. Define, monitor, and regularly communicate client performance indicators.

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac+5 from an Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent University.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client development within a luxury or retail context.

2. Excellent oral and written communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
3. Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.

A minimum of 5 years in client development, preferably within the luxury or retail sectors.
