1. Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events to support client development activities in stores.
2. Oversee recruitment and cultivate relationships with top clients to enhance brand loyalty.
3. Enhance the quality of existing client relations activities while improving operational efficiency.
4. Execute and plan events both domestically and internationally, ensuring effective communication with stores, retail directors, and managers.
5. Establish relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs) through corporate events.
6. Continuously update product knowledge, brand history, and customer service skills.
7. Identify areas for improvement in event execution and enhance operations based on feedback.

1. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in client events or a relevant field.
2. Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese, including reading, writing, and speaking.
3. Sales experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) or Watches & Fine Jewelry (W&FJ) is advantageous.
4. Medium-level proficiency in PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Willingness to travel for business both domestically and internationally.
