1. Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events to support client development activities at stores.
2. Establish and nurture relationships with top and potential clients to enhance brand loyalty.
3. Enhance the quality of existing client relations activities while improving operational efficiency.
4. Execute and plan events both domestically and internationally through effective communication with store management, retail directors, and other departments.
5. Prepare for events by managing catering, entertainment, venue research, invitations, budget control, and vendor negotiations.
6. Maintain and update essential product knowledge, brand history, and customer service skills.
7. Identify areas for improvement in event execution by consulting with clients, stores, and sales departments, and implement enhancements with supervisor guidance.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in client events or a relevant field.
2. Business-level proficiency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.

1. Sales experience in Ready-to-Wear or Watches & Fine Jewelry is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to undertake business trips within Japan and internationally.
4. Proficiency in both Business English and Japanese.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in client events or a related field is required.
