1. Design and lead the client recruitment and retention strategy for the region in collaboration with Louis Vuitton Americas corporate partners.
2. Manage the Client Development and Client Relations teams, focusing on existing top clients and emerging high net-worth clients.
3. Enhance client-related competencies across all retail levels and set expectations for client outreach and engagement.
4. Oversee the client's agenda, ensuring alignment of major client development initiatives and events with business objectives.
5. Review post-activations and events to leverage insights for team coaching and development.
6. Develop and manage the full client budget.

1. Over 10 years of experience in developing high-potential clients and delivering exceptional experiences.
2. Proven track record in project management and budget management.
3. Extensive leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable and develop talent.
