1. Serve as a role model in sales, achieving personal goals while supporting the team in reaching theirs.
2. Cultivate and expand a personal client portfolio.

4. Support the Store Manager and/or Team Manager in ensuring the team embodies brand values in client interactions.
5. Provide consistent coaching to team members, identifying development needs and suggesting personalized action plans.
6. Assist in identifying, recruiting, and developing talent, contributing to succession planning.
7. Motivate the team to drive business results, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
8. Serve as the store's point person for the Corporate Merchandising team, providing feedback on product performance, quality, client insights, and market trends.
9. Support the product category's business through team engagement, briefings, information sharing, and action plan implementation.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury retail environment.
