1. Support the launch and animation of new projects within the Client Service Centers (CSC) team.
2. Assist in the creation and formatting of content using PowerPoint, video, and animated media.
3. Prepare and present content for top management, including monthly activity reviews.
4. Manage commercial animations and product launches across global Client Service Centers.
5. Develop and animate clienteling activities within the CSC.
6. Participate in digital development projects such as online commercial chat and order-taking tools.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Academic background in Data Management or equivalent.

1. Strong analytical and interpretative skills.
2. Proficiency in PowerPoint and video presentation tools.
3. Solution-oriented with a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
4. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
5. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.

Familiarity with Client Services and/or Retail/Luxury sectors is advantageous.

Master's degree in progress in Business or Engineering, or equivalent.
