1. Lead the client development strategy for India, reporting to the General Manager.
2. Guide and support the store team in client engagement, recruitment, and relationship building.
3. Develop and train the team in clienteling activities, focusing on top, new, and other clients.
4. Propose and manage action plans, tools, and events to enhance client engagement.
5. Ensure the use of digital tools to maximize client benefits and train the team on clienteling tools like ICON and VOICE.
6. Support store management in setting targets for client repurchase and propose creative actions for client groups.
7. Work with the Zone team to prepare reports and analyses to support clienteling objectives.
8. Oversee the development and execution of an annual events calendar, including project management and coordination.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 7 years in luxury retail or high-end hospitality.
2. Demonstrated track record in a similar role.

4. Creativity, adaptability, and flexibility.

Minimum 10 years of working experience, with at least 7 years in luxury retail or high-end hospitality management.
