- Design and implement client journey pipelines using Salesforce and in-house clienteling software.
- Identify and recruit client segments for new categories and channels.
- Develop and execute client recovery plans to ensure revenue retention.
- Build store clienteling targeting to meet sales and cross-selling objectives.
- Manage adoption of outreach and client journey programs.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Track and integrate results from past campaigns for continual improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, consumer insights, or relevant retail experience.
- Expertise in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and vlookups.
- Ability to manage and produce high-quality analytical deliverables.
- Strong relationship-building skills and professional presentation presence.
- Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Minimum of 3 years in data analysis, consumer insights, or relevant retail experience is required.
