1. Design and implement client journey pipelines using Salesforce and in-house clienteling software.
2. Identify and recruit client segments for new categories and channels.
3. Develop and execute client recovery plans to ensure revenue retention.
4. Build store clienteling targeting to meet sales and cross-selling objectives.
5. Manage adoption of outreach and client journey programs.
6. Analyze client data to identify trends and business opportunities.
7. Track and integrate results from past campaigns for continual improvement.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, consumer insights, or relevant retail experience.

1. Expertise in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and vlookups.
2. Ability to manage and produce high-quality analytical deliverables.
3. Strong relationship-building skills and professional presentation presence.
4. Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Minimum of 3 years in data analysis, consumer insights, or relevant retail experience is required.
