1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store and client advisor clienteling performance, including outreaches, appointments, and contact rates.
2. Extract and analyze client data to identify opportunities for client development.
3. Create and distribute clienteling tools to stores, such as templates, visuals, and lookbooks.
4. Animate the internal clienteling community through multi-channel communication and tailored content for different audiences.
5. Assist stores in deploying elevated client experiences at the local level.
6. Coordinate international events and hospitality programs, including travel, hotels, private transport, and welcome packs.
7. Support the tracking of client gifting stock and allocations.
8. Manage budget tracking and follow-up on invoicing processes.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or Communications.
2. Strong command of English; knowledge of another local language such as Dutch, French, Polish, or a Nordic language is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proactive, solution-driven, and a collaborative team player.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for students currently enrolled in relevant academic programs.
