1. Support the Event Manager in planning, validating, and implementing events, from ideation to guest management and recaps.
2. Coordinate in-store and external events, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and high standards.
3. Prepare presentations to document and explain events and protocols.
4. Collaborate with external suppliers and internal teams across the region and headquarters.
5. Manage on-site event operations, including evenings and weekends.
6. Monitor event outcomes, prepare reports, and follow up with stores for comprehensive assessments.
7. Collect feedback and prepare debriefing materials for continuous improvement.
8. Manage supplier relationships, including research, vendor creation, and accounting processes.
9. Review client profiles and maintain the client profile database.
10. Define and reserve client travel programs, including transport, accommodation, and entertainment.
11. Manage last-minute changes to client programs.
12. Create purchase orders and validate invoices with precise documentation of expenses.

1. Previous experience in events management and/or CRM is preferred.
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Positive and proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
4. Ability to work under stress and availability for evening or weekend work.
5. Strong analytical skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
2. Fluency in English and French; additional regional languages are an asset.
3. Interest or experience in retail and luxury sectors is advantageous.

Ideal candidates will have some initial experience in events management or CRM.
