1. Assist in clienteling activities, including organizing monthly clienteling meetings and consolidating best practices and success stories.
2. Identify clienteling opportunities, analyze business impact, and gather qualitative feedback.
3. Monitor and analyze Clienteling KPIs and Ambition 2025 results.
4. Support the organization and coordination of operational clienteling projects such as 'Digital private CA', 'Calling Campaigns', 'Video Call', and 'Concierge service on High End pages'.
5. Engage in additional projects based on individual skills and interests.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a business school or equivalent.
2. Ability to analyze and interpret data.
3. Interest in the luxury, fashion, and customer experience sectors.
4. Solution-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
5. Strong team player with excellent communication skills to manage projects with diverse stakeholders.
