1. Assist in clienteling activities, including the preparation of monthly clienteling meetings, tracking, consolidating, and sharing best practices and success stories.
2. Identify clienteling opportunities, analyze business impact, and gather qualitative feedback.
3. Monitor, consolidate, and analyze Clienteling KPIs and Ambition 2025 results for Client Services.
4. Support the organization and coordination of operational projects such as 'Digital Private CA', 'Calling Campaigns', 'Video Call', and 'Concierge Service on High-End Pages'.
5. Engage in additional projects based on individual profile and interests.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program at a business school or equivalent.
2. Ability to analyze and interpret data.
3. Sensitivity to the luxury, fashion, and customer experience sectors.
4. Solution-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
5. Proficiency in both English and French.
