1. Provide high-level client service through multiple channels, primarily phone and video calls.
2. Manage and follow up on client repair requests until completion.
3. Utilize client service techniques and possess product repair knowledge.
4. Achieve organizational KPIs, including response times, accuracy of preliminary assessments, and positive client feedback.
5. Drive and achieve personal and team performance goals.

1. College degree or higher.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, aftersales, or related fields.

1. Proficiency in Standard Mandarin and basic English communication skills.
2. Strong client service skills and proactive client excellence awareness.
3. Experience in project management is advantageous.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team with a commercial mindset.
5. Capability to perform under pressure.

A minimum of three years in customer service, retail sales, aftersales, or related fields is preferred.

College degree or higher.
