- Develop and mentor teams to ensure the delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise through consistent coaching and identification of training needs.
- Collaborate with management to recruit and nurture talent, building robust succession plans for Client Care Services.
- Set and manage team and individual goals, assessing performance and fostering motivation.
- Create a positive work environment that empowers teams and encourages innovative solutions.
- Ensure proper recruitment, onboarding, and retention in partnership with HR teams.
- Provide training to both new and tenured team members to balance skills with needs.
- Design and implement programs to enhance operational performance and ensure a safe work environment.
- Partner with senior leadership internally and externally to maintain service levels and manage inventory efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients through store support and direct interactions.
- Monitor team performance in a call center environment.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven leadership abilities and innovative critical thinking skills.
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships.

- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role within a client care or service environment.
Base salary ranging from USD $160,000-$170,000.
