1. Provide exceptional after-sales experience for clientele.
2. Fulfill timely commitments and take a solution-oriented approach to after-sales issues.

5. Manage product repairs, client returns, personalization, and special orders.

1. Previous experience in after-sales service or luxury repairs center/boutique/workshop.
2. Experience working in after-sales functions in a fast-paced retail environment.

2. Advanced customer service skills.
3. Strong administration skills.
4. Proficiency in advanced Excel and computer skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a related role within a fast-paced retail environment.

Hourly rate within the range of USD $26-$32, plus commission opportunities.
