1. Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, focusing on exceptional client service.

3. Guide clients in all aspects of Client Care, ensuring they feel cherished and understood.
4. Champion all services offered by Louis Vuitton, mentoring teams to enhance client experiences.
5. Communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up process, setting clear expectations.
6. Work with the Operations team to streamline Back of House processes to support the Client Experience.
7. Promote and animate care services within the team, overseeing specific operations related to care services.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in client services or a related field.

Salary range of USD $27 - $33 per hour, with potential for bonuses.
