1. Ensure clients are informed at all stages of the repair process, enhancing the overall client experience.
2. Consistently follow up with clients regarding their items or inquiries, exploring creative solutions that align with client and company needs.
3. Master an in-depth knowledge of the brand's technological aspects, processes, and procedures.
4. Collaborate with the Operations team to define a seamless Back of House process to support the Client Experience.
5. Champion after care services, policies and procedures, inventory management, quality control, and client satisfaction.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
