- Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, focusing on exceptional client service.
- Discover and understand client needs, guiding them through all aspects of client care.
- Cultivate and maintain trusting relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
- Champion Louis Vuitton services within the store, coaching teams to enhance client interactions.
- Communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up processes to set clear expectations.
- Ensure clients are updated at all stages of the repair process to enhance their overall experience.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to streamline Back Of House processes supporting client experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in client care or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and inform clients effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
- Creativity and skill in contributing to brand success and heritage.
- Proficiency in managing client relationships and expectations.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in client care or a related field is required.
An hourly rate within the range of USD $25-$29, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
