1. Act as a brand ambassador with a strong focus on client service.
2. Ensure clients are treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise.
3. Guide clients in all aspects of client care, cultivating trusting relationships.
4. Champion all services offered by Louis Vuitton and coach teams to enhance client experience.
5. Communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up process.
6. Ensure clients are updated at all stages of the repair process.
7. Collaborate with the Operations team to define smooth Back Of House processes.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.

A minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Hourly rate ranging from USD $24-$29, plus bonus opportunities.
