1. Act as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand with a focus on service.
2. Ensure every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise.
3. Discover and address client needs, guiding them in all aspects of client care.
4. Cultivate trusting relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued.
5. Champion all services offered by Louis Vuitton and coach teams to enhance client experiences.
6. Communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up process.
7. Work with the Operations team to define smooth Back Of House processes.

Minimum 3 years

Hourly rate in the range of USD $24-$29 plus the opportunity for a bonus.
