1. Act as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, focusing on delivering exceptional service.
2. Ensure every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise, cultivating trusting relationships.
3. Guide clients in all aspects of Client Care, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
4. Champion all services offered by Louis Vuitton and coach team members to enhance client experiences.
5. Communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up processes, setting clear expectations.
6. Collaborate with the Operations team to streamline Back Of House processes to support the Client Experience.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles.

A minimum of 3 years in client-facing roles, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Hourly rate ranging from USD $24-$29, plus bonus opportunities.
