1. Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, focusing on exceptional client service.
2. Identify and understand client needs, guiding them through all aspects of client care.

5. Communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up processes.
6. Maintain client updates throughout the repair process, ensuring a rewarding experience.
7. Collaborate with the Operations team to optimize Back Of House processes and support client experience.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a client-centric role.

The appointed candidate will receive an hourly rate ranging from USD $24-$28, with the potential for bonuses.
