1. Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, focusing on exceptional client service.
2. Discover and understand the needs of clients, guiding them through the client care process.

5. Communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up process, setting clear expectations.
6. Ensure clients are updated at all stages of the repair process, contributing to a rewarding client experience.
7. Collaborate with the Operations team to define efficient Back Of House processes to support client experience.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
2. Proven ability to communicate effectively and set clear expectations with clients.
3. Experience in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Hourly rate ranging from USD $24-$28, with commission opportunities.
