1. Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, ensuring each client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise.
2. Lead by example in discovering clients' needs and cultivating trusting relationships.
3. Champion all client services offered by Louis Vuitton and coach teams to enhance client experiences.
4. Effectively communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up processes.
5. Ensure clients are updated at all stages of the repair process.
6. Collaborate with the Operations team to define and implement efficient Back of House processes.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector.

The position offers an hourly rate ranging from USD $24-$28, with the potential for bonuses.
