1. Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, focusing on exceptional client service.
2. Identify and understand client needs, guiding them through the client care process.

4. Champion all client services offered by Louis Vuitton and coach team members to enhance client experiences.
5. Communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up processes, setting clear expectations.
6. Ensure clients are updated at all stages of the repair process, contributing to a rewarding client experience.
7. Collaborate with the Operations team to define efficient Back Of House processes to support client experience.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector.

An hourly rate ranging from USD $24-$28, with potential for bonuses.
