- Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, focusing on exceptional client service.
- Identify and understand client needs, guiding them through the client care process.
- Cultivate and maintain trusting relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
- Champion all client services offered by Louis Vuitton and coach team members to enhance client experiences.
- Communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up processes, setting clear expectations.
- Ensure clients are updated at all stages of the repair process, contributing to a rewarding client experience.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to define efficient Back Of House processes to support client experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong client-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in managing client relationships and expectations.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is required.
An hourly rate ranging from USD $24-$28, with potential for bonuses.
