- Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, ensuring each client receives exceptional service in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
- Cultivate and maintain trusting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they feel valued and understood.
- Champion all client services offered by Louis Vuitton, guiding clients through the intake, repair, and follow-up processes.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to streamline Back Of House processes, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Educate and coach store teams to deliver outstanding service, making a difference with every client interaction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and set clear expectations with clients.
- Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in managing client service processes and follow-ups.
A minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is required.
The appointed candidate will receive an hourly rate ranging from USD $24-$28, with the opportunity for a bonus.
