1. Ensure clients are updated at all stages of the repair process, enhancing the overall client experience.
2. Consistently follow up with clients regarding their items or inquiries, offering creative solutions that align with client and company needs.
3. Master in-depth knowledge of the brand's technological aspects, processes, and procedures.
4. Collaborate with the Operations team to define a smooth Back of House process to support the Client Experience.
5. Champion after care services, policies and procedures, inventory management, quality control, and client satisfaction.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
