1. Proven experience in a visual merchandising role within a fast-paced retail environment, preferably luxury.
2. Experience in visual execution, including window installations and special events.
3. Familiarity with ready-to-wear, leather goods, and accessories.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up processes.
3. Creative problem-solving and a service-oriented mindset.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role, with a focus on visual merchandising and client services.
