11. Ensure efficient organization of the back of house.
12. Oversee product transfers and inventory management.
13. Monitor logistical KPIs and contribute to store performance.
14. Implement new processes and projects related to logistics and back of house organization.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.

4. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
5. Flexibility and problem-solving capabilities.
6. Availability to work on weekends.
7. Proficiency in English (B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
8. Good knowledge of Excel and ease with IT systems.

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in the retail sector, demonstrating a proven track record in client engagement and inventory management.
