1. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring each client receives an exceptional experience in line with Louis Vuitton's standards.
2. Identify and fulfill client needs, guiding them through the brand's offerings.
3. Proactively engage with clients to achieve individual and team sales targets.
4. Participate in both sales activities and inventory management, operating effectively on the sales floor and in the back of house.
5. Develop long-term client relationships using clienteling tools to enhance brand loyalty.
6. Master brand knowledge and product expertise.
7. Adhere to Louis Vuitton's standards of care and conduct.
8. Follow company policies and procedures.
9. Manage product receiving operations and stock replenishment.
10. Effectively handle stock levels in coordination with the supply chain.
11. Ensure efficient organization of the back of house.
12. Oversee product transfers and inventory management.
13. Monitor logistical KPIs and contribute to store performance.
14. Implement new processes and projects related to logistics and back of house organization.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.

1. Strong clienteling abilities.
2. Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset.
3. Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand.
4. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
5. Flexibility and problem-solving capabilities.
6. Availability to work on weekends.
7. Proficiency in English (B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
8. Good knowledge of Excel and ease with IT systems.

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in the retail sector, demonstrating a proven track record in client engagement and inventory management.
