- Membership in the Protected Categories under L.68/99.
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in retail is required.
