1. Deliver client-centric responses to inquiries regarding product availability, sales, shipping updates, and after-sales support.
2. Maintain detailed client profiles and utilize clienteling tools to personalize experiences and build strong relationships based on individual preferences and purchase history.
3. Achieve individual objectives for quality, schedule adherence, and other key performance indicators while maintaining high operational standards.
4. Act as a brand ambassador for Louis Vuitton, embodying its values and ethos in every interaction.
5. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to meet client needs and exceed sales goals.
6. Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on all product, company, and department initiatives.

1. 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
2. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

1. Elevated and sophisticated communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Proficiency in English, with French and/or Spanish highly desirable.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain composure under pressure.
4. Technical proficiency with CRM software and the ability to use multiple systems simultaneously.
5. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in luxury retail.
