- Deliver client-centric responses to inquiries regarding product availability, sales, shipping updates, and after-sales support.
- Maintain detailed client profiles and utilize clienteling tools to personalize experiences and build strong relationships based on individual preferences and purchase history.
- Achieve individual objectives for quality, schedule adherence, and other key performance indicators while maintaining high operational standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Louis Vuitton, embodying its values and ethos in every interaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to meet client needs and exceed sales goals.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on all product, company, and department initiatives.
- 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Elevated and sophisticated communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in English, with French and/or Spanish highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain composure under pressure.
- Technical proficiency with CRM software and the ability to use multiple systems simultaneously.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in luxury retail.
