Louis Vuitton Client Advisor - Store Administrator

- Execute daily administrative tasks to support store operations, including reporting, rostering, and managing Time and Attendance.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and system support for employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Organize store supplies such as stationery and client refreshments, and oversee store maintenance.
- Support operations by handling incoming and outgoing product deliveries, and accurately preparing and replenishing stock both in the back of house and on the sales floor.
- Assist with Client Advisor duties including hosting, wrapping support, appointment running, fragrance refills, and engraving support.
- Experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven track record in executing large-scale stocktakes and audits.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Compliance-first and safety-conscious mindset.
- Ability to manage and maintain complex systems.
- Availability for early starts and regular weekend work.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a premium retail brand is required.
