1. Execute daily administrative tasks to support store operations, including reporting, rostering, and managing Time and Attendance.
2. Manage purchase orders, invoices, and system support for employee onboarding and offboarding.
3. Organize store supplies such as stationery and client refreshments, and oversee store maintenance.
4. Support operations by handling incoming and outgoing product deliveries, and accurately preparing and replenishing stock both in the back of house and on the sales floor.
5. Assist with Client Advisor duties including hosting, wrapping support, appointment running, fragrance refills, and engraving support.

1. Experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment.
2. Proven track record in executing large-scale stocktakes and audits.
3. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy.
