1. Assist with daily administrative duties supporting store operations, including reporting, rostering, and management of Time and Attendance, purchase orders, and invoices.
2. Provide system support for employee onboarding and offboarding, and manage store supplies and maintenance.
3. Support product operations, including handling incoming and outgoing deliveries, and stock preparation and replenishment both in the back of house and on the sales floor.
4. Assist with Client Advisor duties, including hosting, wrapping support, appointment running, fragrance refills, and engraving support.

1. Experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment.
2. Experience executing large-scale stocktakes and audits.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a premium retail brand.
