- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience in line with Louis Vuitton standards at every touchpoint.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets; own and report on personal sales performance.
- Proactively develop and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
- Support clients across the full product assortment and advise on product features, fit and styling.
- Participate actively in teamwork and boutique activities that contribute to overall commercial objectives.
- Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge and mastery of brand identity and luxury selling techniques.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming and behavioural standards at all times.
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail or premium sales with demonstrable clienteling results.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong clienteling skills, commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible retail hours.
- Professional presentation and adherence to brand grooming standards.

At least 3 years of experience in retail or luxury sales with proven ability to build and sustain client relationships and meet sales objectives.
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail or business is a plus.
