Louis Vuitton Client Advisor (Seasonal)

1. Deliver a personalized, impeccable client experience that reflects Louis Vuitton standards and brand promise.
2. Achieve individual and team sales targets; contribute proactively to store performance and commercial initiatives.
3. Welcome clients, advise across product categories and tailor recommendations to clients’ needs and preferences.
4. Develop and nurture long-term client relationships using clienteling techniques and proactive outreach.
5. Participate in store activities as a collaborative team member and support merchandising, inventory and presentation standards.
6. Acquire and maintain deep product and brand knowledge; adhere to Louis Vuitton grooming and behavioural standards and company policies.

1. Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
2. Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week), including weekends, for the summer season.
3. Previous experience in retail, hospitality or luxury is desirable but not mandatory.
4. Professional or tertiary studies in sales, marketing or tourism are valued but not required.
5. Strong commercial orientation, empathy, curiosity and ability to perform in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience; experience in retail, hospitality or the luxury sector is preferred.

No formal degree required; higher vocational or tertiary studies in sales, marketing or tourism are advantageous.
