1. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive exceptional service in line with the Louis Vuitton promise.
2. Discover and understand client needs to tailor their in-store experience and enhance their impression of the brand.
3. Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and systems.
4. Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals.
5. Master brand and product knowledge to advise clients across all product categories.

1. Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market, or a strong background in a customer-centric environment.

1. Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset.
2. Ability to form meaningful relationships with a diverse client base.
3. Curiosity and determination to continuously drive personal and team performance.
4. Forward-thinking with creativity to contribute to the brand's success.

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service, preferably within a luxury or high-end market.

Hourly rate of USD $24-27, with the opportunity for commission.
