1. Successful completion of vocational training.
2. Ideally, initial experience in retail.

4. Strong customer orientation and passion for sales.
5. Enjoyment of teamwork.
6. Proficiency in German and English is required.
7. Additional languages such as Chinese, Russian, Arabic, or Spanish are advantageous.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail.
