3. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
5. Stay informed about industry trends and Louis Vuitton products/services to effectively advise clients.
6. Prepare and present reports on client interactions and feedback to management.

1. Proven experience in a luxury or retail environment, preferably in a client-facing role.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
4. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Familiarity with the luxury market and local market in Manila is a plus.
