- Develop comprehensive knowledge of clients through interactions across various channels to ensure personalized and credible rapport.
- Meet daily operational requirements, including sales targets, omni-channel contact handling, clienteling, service SLAs, and productivity standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, particularly in handling personal information.
- Support new product launches, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional service across inbound and outbound calls, emails, social media, and chat messages.
- Adopt strategies to meet sales and client experience targets through needs discovery, product recommendations, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Address general and product-specific inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
- Utilize tools and resources to anticipate client needs and deliver one-point contact resolution.
- Track clienteling activities using the ICON app to build relationships and convert clients.
- Handle and resolve client queries, requests, and feedback promptly, escalating to the Team Manager as needed.
- Share resolved complaints with the Team Manager and Client Experience Manager for team learning and improvement.
- Stay well-versed in operational guidelines and processes.
- Achieve Post-Call survey targets and other quality metrics as a team.
- Represent the brand professionally as a brand ambassador.
- Maintain a sound understanding of products and services to fulfill client needs.
- Seek updated information on luxury lifestyle trends and other luxury brands to support client needs.
- Strive to leave clients with a positive experience after every interaction.
- Undertake project work and other duties as requested.
- Perform back-of-house duties such as product receiving, checking, order processing, packing, and shipping.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Exceptional client service skills

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry, is required.
