1. Previous retail experience, preferably gained within a high-end or luxury market.
2. Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset, with the ability to achieve individual and team sales goals.
3. Passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a diverse client base.
4. Willingness to learn and continuously improve personal and team performance.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.

Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market.
