- Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and preferences.

- Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market.
- Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset.
- Passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a diverse client base.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve personal and team performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
- Forward-thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
Minimum of 3 years in a retail or customer-centric environment, ideally within the luxury sector.
