1. Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop expertise as a Client Advisor.
2. Engage in both theoretical and practical training, including an internship at one of the LVMH Maisons.
3. Attend master classes focused on sales excellence and customer experience in the luxury sector.
4. Collaborate with sales experts and participate in store visits to enhance practical knowledge.

1. Possession of at least an Italian Laurea Triennale or equivalent degree.
2. Proficiency in Italian and English at a C1 level.
3. Sensitivity to luxury and customer service.
4. Basic knowledge of a third language such as Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean, or Arabic.

4. Adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.

No prior experience required; open to unemployed participants seeking to enter the luxury retail sector.

At least an Italian Laurea Triennale or equivalent.

Participants will receive a first-level University Master's degree and gain invaluable experience through internships with prestigious brands such as Bulgari, Christian Dior, Fendi, Loro Piana, Louis Vuitton, and Sephora.
