5. Manage client appointments, enquiries and CRM records accurately to maximise retention and lifetime value.
6. Collaborate with the retail team to ensure operational excellence, stock availability and a seamless in‑store experience.

1. Minimum three years of client‑facing retail experience; experience within high‑end or luxury retail strongly preferred.
2. Fluent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
3. Proven commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Demonstrable aptitude for building long‑term client relationships and delivering bespoke service.
5. Availability to work on‑site with flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required by store schedule.
