1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients through interactions across various channels to ensure personalized service and establish credible rapport.
2. Meet daily operational objectives and standards, including sales targets, omni-channel contact handling, clienteling, service SLAs, and productivity.
3. Ensure compliance with regulations, particularly in handling personal information.
4. Support new product launches, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives that drive business objectives.
5. Deliver exceptional service across inbound and outbound calls, emails, social media, and chat messages.
6. Adopt strategies to meet sales and client experience targets, including discovering client needs, recommending products, cross-selling, and upselling.
7. Address client inquiries and provide clear, concise information.
8. Utilize tools and resources to anticipate client needs and deliver one-point contact resolution.
9. Track clienteling activities using the ICON app to build relationships and convert clients.
10. Handle and resolve client queries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally, escalating to the Team Manager as necessary.
11. Share all complaints with the Team Manager and Client Experience Manager for continuous improvement.
12. Maintain knowledge of operational guidelines and processes.
13. Ensure team achievement of post-call survey targets and other quality metrics.
14. Represent the brand professionally as a brand ambassador.
15. Stay informed on luxury lifestyle trends and competitor products to better understand and fulfill client needs.
16. Leave clients with a positive experience after every interaction.
17. Undertake project work and other duties as requested.
18. Perform back-of-house duties, including product receiving, checking product condition, order processing, packing, and shipping.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

1. Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
2. Excellent communication skills across various channels.
3. Ability to handle and resolve client queries professionally.
4. Proficiency in using client relationship management tools.
5. Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and products.
6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
