- Deliver personalised, high-touch client experiences that reflect Maison standards and build long-term loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store commercial targets through proactive clienteling and sales activity.
- Develop and maintain a curated client portfolio using CRM and clienteling tools; manage follow-ups and appointment schedules.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and presentation standards across product displays and client areas.
- Operate POS and store systems accurately; ensure compliance with cash handling and transactional procedures.
- Partner with colleagues to drive store performance through teamwork, knowledge sharing and collaborative selling.
- Support stock management including receiving, replenishment and basic inventory controls to preserve product integrity.
- For senior hires: coach, mentor and inspire team members, contribute to talent development and participate in selection processes.
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury or premium retail sales; demonstrable success in high-value transactions.
- Proven ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships and a documented client portfolio is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a service-first mindset.
- Availability to work a retail roster including weekends and public holidays; right to work in Australia.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Professional presentation and uncompromising attention to detail in standards and etiquette.

Secondary education required; tertiary qualifications in retail, fashion, business or related fields advantageous.
