4. Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure their resolution through innovative approaches, collaborating with other departments.
5. Ensure accurate information and follow-up are input into the system and other relevant databases.
6. Handle complaints and difficult situations with clients professionally, maintaining Louis Vuitton's high standards of service.
7. Act as an ambassador of the Maison by embodying Louis Vuitton values and demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.

1. Fluency in Dutch, both verbal and written.
2. Strong sales and storytelling skills.
3. Demonstrated customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

5. Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering impeccable service.

1. Excellent communication skills in Dutch.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is advantageous).
3. Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results to agreed schedules.
4. Punctuality and time-management skills.
5. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Background in luxury retail is a plus. A keen interest in luxury fashion and awareness of current trends is advantageous. Ability to thrive in a diverse and international work environment.
