- Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Deliver exceptional inbound customer service via phone, email, and digital channels, advising and assisting clients across the German and Turkish markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and offering personalized recommendations.
- Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure their resolution through innovative approaches, collaborating closely with other departments.
- Ensure accurate information and follow-up are input into the system and other relevant databases.
- Handle complaints and difficult situations with clients professionally, maintaining Louis Vuitton's high standards of service.
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison by embodying Louis Vuitton values and demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
- Excellent communication skills in German and Turkish, both verbal and written.
- Strong sales and storytelling skills.
- Clear demonstration of a customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and inspirational team player.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering impeccable service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is advantageous).
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results to agreed schedules.
- Punctuality and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a diverse and international work environment.
Background in luxury retail is a plus. A keen interest in luxury fashion and awareness of current trends is advantageous.
