- Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Deliver exceptional inbound customer service via phone, email, and digital channels, advising and assisting clients across a specific market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences, anticipating their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure their resolution through innovative approaches, collaborating closely with other departments.
- Ensure accurate information and follow-up are input into the system and other relevant databases, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of records.
- Handle complaints and difficult situations with clients professionally, ensuring a calm and effective resolution while maintaining Louis Vuitton's high standards of service.
- Be an ambassador of the Maison by embodying Louis Vuitton values and demonstrating the highest level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Fluency in French and/or Dutch, both verbal and written.
- Background in luxury retail is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong sales and storytelling abilities.
- Customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering impeccable service.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results to agreed schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is advantageous).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates with a background in luxury retail.
